SRP Federal Credit Union Digital Banking Account Deletion Policy
Below you will find instructions on how to delete your digital account, as well as details on what data is removed or retained during this process.
Steps to Request Digital Account Deletion:
To delete your SRP Online and SRP Mobile account, please contact us by one of the methods below:
- Stop by any branch of SRP Federal Credit Union to speak with a Member Service Representative.
- Call (803) 278-4851, Option 3, to speak with an MSR.
- Chat with us securely via SRP Online or SRP Mobile.
Data Deletion from the App:
The following data is deleted when your digital account is deleted:
- Personal Information: All personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Transaction History: All records of your financial transactions within the app.
- App Usage Data: Any data related to your interactions and usage of the SRP Mobile app.
- We may retain data if required to do so for legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
