We are mapping out the best way to aid and service the financial needs of our members. We will be providing regular communication with updates on our available services. We may experience intermittent loss of power and/or connectivity that may cause our services to be temporarily unavailable. Please know that we are making every effort to address issues as they arise.

SRP cares about our members and we are mapping out the best way to aid and service your financial needs. To minimize the negative impacts of this unprecedented event, we are temporarily waiving operational fees, including the following:
- NSF and Overdraft Privilege Fees
- Overdraft Transfer Fees
- Fees for using non-SRP ATMs (you may incur a fee from the ATM owner)
Any of the above fees that processed since Friday, September 27 will be refunded as we have the ability to perform the adjustment.

We continue to experience intermittent loss of power and connectivity that is causing Online & Mobile Banking to be temporarily unavailable. Every effort is being made to address these issues.
Also, as of 11:30 p.m. Sunday evening, all payroll direct deposits should be posted to member accounts.
