Yes. The SRP Mobile Branch is equipped with advanced security features, secure connectivity, and surveillance monitoring to help protect our members, ambassadors, and financial transactions.
What services are available?
The SRP Mobile Branch offers many of the same convenient services available at a traditional branch location, including account openings, loan applications, deposits and withdrawals (via the Interactive Teller Machine), debit card services, account support, and financial education resources.
Can I open an account?
Absolutely. Members can open new accounts directly onboard the SRP Mobile Branch, including checking, savings, and other eligible account types.
Does it have an ATM/ITM?
Yes. The SRP Mobile Branch includes an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), providing convenient access to cash withdrawals, deposits, and additional self service banking features.
Where will it travel?
The SRP Mobile Branch will travel throughout our 10-county service region, visiting community events, schools, underserved areas, partner locations, and other areas within the communities we serve.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is required for most visits. Members are welcome to visit the Mobile Branch during scheduled deployment times and community events. Future appointment options may also become available for select services.
